Casting the net at The Atlantic

Following an announcement that world-renowned chef Donovan Cooke will open The Atlantic in January 2011, the owners are now casting the net for staff.

The Atlantic, at Crown Casino Melbourne, is destined to become Australia’s finest seafood restaurant. This contemporary and minimalist oyster bar and brasserie is modelled on a fish market theme, with an amazing variety of fresh fish on display for diners to choose from.

They are currently recruiting staff for all management, front of house and back of house positions. Group interviews will be held on 13 and 14 September. Unfortunately further details about the interviews don’t seem to be available on their own website (although you can find email addresses and phone numbers on there).
